| The Construction Process
 Consultion stage to clarify and agree design details, construction process and specifications
Site visit and evaluation
Prepare a detailed Tender Report with material costs and labour, for
 approval by client or designer.
Subject to approval, produce Project Management Timeline detailing the project schedule and deadline.
Source landscaping materials. Organise machinery and legal permissions
and schedule landscaping team and team leader.
Manage all on-site operations including Health and Safety, legal permissions,
